Overview
A girl is standing in line at a government office, waiting for her turn. As she stands there, she becomes increasingly annoyed by the people joining the line, invading her personal space. She screams, and a small creature (Madness) jumps out of her. It begins to wreak havoc, and no one has the slightest idea how to stop it.
