Ming Tsai is making some Kimchee Beef Scallion Pancakes with Watercress Slaw and then sweetening things up with his Coconut Cream and Chocolate Rice Cake Parfait. Jonathan Waxman wows the crowd with his tasty Timballo and tantalizing Tartiflette.
