Overview
The Nerd does a history lecture on the Swordquest games which were not just your average Atari action genre games but were actually games used for a promotional contest where gamers have a chance to win actual treasures made of gold and other minerals. Only three games were made when it was planned to be a four game series. However due to the 1983 video game crash, Atari pulled the plug on the production of the fourth and final game and the two remaining contests never happened.
