
Overview
Wakako was scolded by her boss. After work, she stops at a familiar bar and gulps down a large mug of beer! The appetizer is squid, which is good for the skin, and for a snack, whale tatsuta-age, which has an indescribable taste that is neither meat nor fish. Wakako begins to feel uneasy about her boss. She switches to sake and eats some itawasa. She is comforted by the chef's careful work. Her boss is also out drinking with his colleagues, and decides to try shiokara, which he had decided he didn't like.
